Dr Ian Simpson (MBBS, FRANZCOG) is a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist who has practiced in the Sutherland Shire since 2001. His training began at Sydney University, as an undergraduate, and moving on through Concord to St George, Prince of Wales and North Shore Hospitals. After spending years of surgical training, Dr Simpson embarked onto a career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the St George Hospital training program. He then completed the FRANZCOG program and finished the fellowship at St Mary’s Hospital, London.

Dr Simpson is married to a medico and with four children of their own, his life is seldom boring and to him “that’s the way it ought to be”.
