In Hospital Feedback
Are you still a patient within Hurstville Private and need to discuss an issue? Please do not hesitate to speak with the Unit Manager as this is the best person to alleviate your concerns regarding your care. Ask your nurse or the Patient Liaison Officer to put you in touch with them.

Post Discharge Survey
Approximately two weeks after your discharge you will be emailed a copy of our Patient Experience Survey. The feedback we receive from this Survey helps us to know what we are doing well and how we can improve our service for all patients and their visitors.
