Your new role as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse - Anaesthetics
Are you a dedicated Anaesthetic Registered or Enrolled Nurse ready to join our Perioperative and Cath Lab nursing teams? Are you ready to showcase your clinical expertise, your commitment to professional development and excellence in patient centred care?
As a successful candidate, you will work across our Perioperative and Cath Lab departments made up of 7 operating theatres and 2 state-of-the-art Cath Labs. Your work will provide critical care to both complex and day surgery patients in the fields of Robotic, Orthopaedic, Colorectal, Urology, Cardiothoracics, General, Bariatric, Gynaecology, Obstetrics surgeries; and diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.

Essential Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in Anaesthetics Nursing
- Demonstrated clinical competence with proven ability to operate confidently in Perioperative Anaesthetics
- Demonstrated collaborative and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient centred care
- Well-development time management skills with a high degree of initiative
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of continuous quality improvement
- Experience with computerised reporting systems
- Commitment to Professional Development and to a structure learning program for all staff
