What we’re looking for
Are you an enthusiastic and experienced CSSD Technician looking for a new position? We are seeking experienced CSSD Technicians, to join our dynamic perioperative team on a permanent part time basis or casual.

Flexibility, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a team environment are key attributes necessary for this role.

Ideally you will have the following

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate III in Sterilisation Services or Equivalent
  • Exceptional collaborative Interpersonal, leadership and well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient centered care
  • Demonstrated compliance with Australian Standards relevant to sterilisation
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with computerised reporting systems
  • Commitment to Professional Development and a structured learning program for all staff
  • Immunisation evidence (including full Covid vaccination and seasonal Influenza) and additional serology report

Desirable Criteria

  • Minimum one year experience in sterilisation
  • Knowledge of HICMR policies, procedures, and education
