Dr Richard Savdie is an Australian-trained Urologist who specialises in minimally invasive (keyhole) robotic and laparoscopic surgery. He treats general urological and uro-oncological (cancer) conditions.

Dr Savdie received his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) in 2014 before completing a prestigious 2-year surgical training Fellowship at the internationally renowned Vancouver Prostate Centre and the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. He has a special interest in prostate conditions and specialises in Uro-Oncology (cancer surgery) and has significant expertise in the latest Minimally Invasive Surgery techniques (Laparoscopic and Da Vinci Robotic ‘keyhole’ surgery) when operating, which offer patients shorter recovery time, smaller scars, less post-surgical pain and less bleeding.
