Your rehab program is overseen by our Multidisciplinary Team and will be tailored to meet your rehabilitation needs. This can include input from a Rehabilitation Doctor and treatment sessions with Physiotherapy, Hydrotherapy and Exercise Physiology to ensure your post-op rehab goals are achieved. This program is provided in the Waratah Private Hospital Rehabilitation Centre located on the Mezzanine level.
As an innovator in the healthcare industry, Hurstville Private Hospital offers a No-Gap Joint Replacement package which allows its patients to undergo surgery and be on the road to recovery sooner, with out of pocket expenses to pay. No-Gap packages are all inclusive from your Admission to Discharge for joint replacement. Dependent on your clinical needs it includes ongoing outpatient or inpatient rehabilitation at Waratah Private Hospital or one of our providing partners Healthstin or Amplar (Health fund depend). This clinician-led model improves patient experience, outcomes, reduces cost and provides the ability for patients to return home sooner, safer and with additional confidence.
